Information provided by you is not sold to or shared with other parties for any commercial purposes other than normal order fulfilment and confidential site activity or sales tracking.

Payment Policy

To enable us to ensure the smooth processing of your orders, the following payment polices will apply to all online orders placed with Sinar Puncak Sdn.Bhd:-

1. Payments can be made by Alliance, RHB, Islam, EON, Hong Leong, HSBC, Maybank and Public Bank, Visa or Mastercard and MBF Card only. Cash, cheques and electronic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M. are not accepted.
2. You are required to provide details for Billing Information. Billing Information submitted has to be the same as it appears on your credit card statement.
3. Please note that your Payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd.  The name of Mobile88.com will be shown on your Credit Card / Bank Statement and you will also receive an e-mail notification from Mobile88 on this Transaction.
4. To prevent any fraudulent orders and to verify the Billing Information provided, we may at our option, request that you send a copy of the front and back of your credit card as well as your credit card statement (only the portion which reflects the same credit card number, billing address and issuing bank’s or company’s name/logo) to us via fax or email.
5. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel your order and/or suspend deliveries should we find that the information submitted is not in order or should we not receive the above documentation upon request.
6. Payment made is not refundable after order confirmation unless product sent is not in condition promised and the company reserves the right to examine and conclude final result at any circumstances in these cases.

Return Policy

1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please e-mail Sinar Puncak Sdn.Bhd. your order number and complaint describing the product condition within 7 working days of delivery at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or call Genuine Club customer service at 04-3999842.
2. Damaged/defective product must be returned securely packaged and wrapped. Sinar Puncak Sdn.Bhd will not be responsible for the delivery cost of your returned product. The delivery cost for the return of the Products shall be borne by you. 
3. You can only send your return item(s) to: Sinar Puncak Sdn.Bhd (Genuine Club), 2440, Lorong Perusahaan 10, Prai Industrial Estate, 13600, Prai, Penang, Malaysia.
4. We will extend a full refund for the price of any item that fulfills the above requirements. We regret that shipping cost for your purchase will only be refunded if the return had been due to an oversight on our part.
